RS Avionics Installer

Job Summary

Seeking an RS Avionics Installer I to assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components for aviation equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Entry level position
• General knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications
• Must know how to use a multimeter
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
• Computer skills and general software knowledge necessary

• Six (6) months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred
• Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred and/or successful completion in current year youth apprenticeship program

• Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment per blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings
• Assist with task completion within allotted time frame
• Maintain required logs and records
• Comply with company FOD program, tool control program, 5‑S program, and all safety regulations

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
