• Educate customers in new comfort systems.
• Execute sales presentations following company procedures, emphasizing value beyond the customer’s investment.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Ask questions to determine customer needs for healthy, comfortable, safe environments.
• Obtain customer authorization for all jobs.
• Prepare proposals and price jobs in accordance with company standards.
• Request referrals from satisfied customers.
• Follow up on site visits to ensure quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure profitability by accurately proposing jobs using book pricing, focusing on quality and value.
• Review all jobs with the department manager.
• Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with support staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Send pictures and required forms via email, describing specifications for finishing the job.
• Inform installers of customer expectations through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms.
• Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation to ensure quality system installation.
• Prospect for new customers via outbound calling or by contacting neighbors of recent installations.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, special sales training, and technician technical training sessions as relevant.

• High school diploma.
• Must pass a drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of HVAC experience is preferred.
• Physical dexterity.
• Flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
