Maintenance Technician
Pay range: $22-24/hour
Benefits- $200 bonus every week of on‑call
- Paid‑for certifications – CPO, HVAC, etc.
- 15 days PTO
- 11 paid holidays

- Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
- Complete resident and property service requests
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- Experience or desire to learn skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds keepers, etc.
- Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, and related tasks
- EPA or CPO certification a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
