Senior Field Service Technician

The Role

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes working with civil and mechanical equipment conditions, conducting installations, and identifying and remedying safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). It involves direct interfacing with customers and working at multiple sites with multiple technologies. Critical thinking is essential.

• Local travel.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check & pre‑employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Water treatment experience highly preferred.
• HVAC experience highly preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience.

• Electrical and mechanical ability.
• Lead by example.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Technically sound.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly.
• Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected ways.

The estimated salary range for this position is $28 to $32 hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
