** Position Overview
** Shaw Industries is seeking a Electrician Advanced IV to train and mentor reliability electricians 1-3, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.  Involves design, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems.

Use of testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues and inspect various electrical components.
Maintain and upkeep equipment as assigned and participate in root cause analysis of machinery faults, identify the necessary steps to correct the faults, and make repairs and participate in finding solutions to eliminate future recurrence of the faults.
