Lead Glazier

Are you an expert glazier who is ready to move from the job site to a leadership role? The Glass Guru of West Houston is a fast-growing glass and glazing startup looking for a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. We aren't just looking for an installer; we’re looking for a partner in growth. You’ll have the autonomy to manage high-end projects, mentor a growing team, and help us define our standard of excellence.

• Competitive hourly pay $25 to $28 per hour based on experience
• Bi‑annual performance review with potential base pay increase
• Paid holidays (~10 set days in the year)
• Direct track to Lead Glazier with pay increase based on performance
• 401k plan participation after eligibility period

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on ladders

• Lead our upcoming glazier team
• Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels
• Replace residential windows and storm doors
• Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces
• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing
