BH Management is seeking a Service Technician to assist with oversight of the property's physical assets and to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, including apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.
You will work with the office team, travel to other sites as needed, respond to resident requests within 24 hours, and support safety and compliance across the property.
