Overview
Tri Bridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for our Lofts at Riverwalk property, located in Columbus, GA. Tri Bridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA. It currently manages approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets. The firm focuses on Southeast markets and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25+ year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates.
ResponsibilitiesAnd Duties
- Assume emergency on-call duties
- Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
- Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience- HVAC Certification: 2 years
- Appliance Repair: 2 years
- Multifamily: 2 years
- Plumbing: 2 years
- Maintenance Technician: 2 years
- Electrical: 2 years
- Driver's License
- HVAC Certification
- Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must own required tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
