** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations
* Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
* Inspect machinery and identify maintenance needs before they affect production
* Assist with the installation, alignment, and testing of plant equipment and components
* Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
* Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, tools, and safety standards
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions
* Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing###
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.###
