Construction Manager/ Foreman, Electrician/ Electrician Installation, Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician
TEP Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction, tenant build-outs, renovations, conversions, and large-scale commercial remodels.
This is a hands-on field leadership position
. We're looking for someone who can run a crew, read plans, lay out work, plan ahead, solve problems, and keep a project moving without requiring constant direction from the Project Manager.
- Lead electricians and apprentices in the field
- Plan and lay out daily and weekly electrical work
- Read and work from commercial electrical drawings and specifications
- Manage manpower, productivity, quality, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, inspectors, other trades, and TEP project management
- Plan ahead for manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Identify field conflicts, delays, schedule impacts, and out-of-scope work early
- Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, NEC requirements, and TEP standards
- Maintain accurate field documentation and progress reporting
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Train and hold crew members accountable
- Work alongside the crew when needed to maintain production and schedule
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- Previous Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar field leadership experience
- Strong commercial electrical installation knowledge
- Ability to independently read plans and lay out electrical work
- Working knowledge of the NEC
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a field crew
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with commercial services, switch gear, panels, feeders, branch circuits, lighting and controls, tenant improvements, and commercial remodels is preferred.
OSHA 10/30 certification and experience with construction management or field documentation software are a plus.

Schedule:Primarily Monday–Friday. Some projects may require evening, overnight, or weekend work depending on customer and project requirements.
