Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are looking for a skilled Appliance Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances.
This is not an entry-level position - we need someone who can walk in, diagnose quickly, and get units back up and running without babysitting.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair:
- Refrigerators (including sealed systems preferred)
- Washers & dryers
- Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
- Dishwashers
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Assist with occasional shop work (testing units, light prep)
- Maintain clean and organized work habits
- Minimum 5 years appliance repair experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong diagnostic skills (not just parts changers)
- Experience with multiple brands (Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, etc.)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Professional attitude and reliability
- $1,200/week starting salary
- Additional $100/week when using personal vehicle for service calls
- Opportunity for company vehicle as call volume increases
- Consistent work - no slow seasons sitting around
- Growth opportunities within the company
- Fast-growing appliance company
- Steady flow of service calls
- No corporate nonsense - just get the job done and get paid
- Opportunity to grow into lead/management roles
If you don’t have real hands-on experience, this job is not for you. If you do - you’ll fit in just fine.
