Reports to Assistant Program Coordinator.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Human Services or related preferred;
  • CAC-endorsed forensic interviewing training required once employed;
  • proficiency in Word/Excel/web databases;
  • ability to interface with key stakeholders;
  • handle sensitive/confidential issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct forensic interviews with children and developmentally delayed adults;
  • coordinate scheduling;
  • participate in peer reviews and case staffing;
  • prepare for expert testimony;
  • interface with DFCS and law enforcement.
  • Coordinate victim outreach services (resource guides, intake with caregivers, documentation, referrals, follow-ups);
  • provide medical accompaniment and schedule sexual assault exams;
  • serve as records custodian (evidence handling, files);
  • assist through case disposition;
  • represent on MDT case review;
  • provide court accompaniment.
