Qualifications
Bachelor's in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related plus 2 years' experience, or Master's with 1 year. Foster care/mental health experience preferred.
Key responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case coordination for children in therapeutic foster homes
- ensure emotional and mental health needs are met
- support and provide technical assistance to therapeutic foster parents
- support birth families
- act as liaison/advocate with community providers
- provide crisis intervention and on-call support
- maintain documentation and child records per policy/licensing
- process client/foster parent data for financial purposes
- complete intakes/placement moves
- participate in problem-solving and incident management
