Job Description:
As a Net Suite Developer at United Gaming, you will be instrumental in optimizing our Net Suite platform to support our growing operations. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs, develop custom solutions, and ensure that our Net Suite implementation aligns with our business goals. Your expertise will help enhance the efficiency of our operations, improve data accuracy, and provide actionable insights that drive our success in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Customize:
Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations within the Net Suite platform to meet the specific needs of United Gaming. - Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to gather and analyze business requirements, providing technical solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. - Enhance Reporting:
Customize Net Suite dashboards, reports, and forms to provide clear, actionable insights for various departments. - Integrate Systems:
Integrate Net Suite with third-party applications and external systems to streamline operations and data flow across the organization. - Optimize Performance:
Continuously optimize and maintain Net Suite configurations, ensuring system performance, reliability, and data integrity. - Support and Troubleshoot:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Net Suite-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes. - Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of Net Suite updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure United Gaming remains at the forefront of technology. - Data Migration:
Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Net Suite, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - User Training:
Train and support end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of Net Suite functionalities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Net Suite Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Net Suite architecture and development.
- Proficiency in Suite Script (1.0 and 2.0), Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Bundler.
- Experience with Net Suite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integration tools.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant languages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Net Suite certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with COAM operations or similar business models.
- Previous experience with data migration and system optimization projects.
- Knowledge of financial management, CRM, or e-commerce within Net Suite.
