Recycling Yard General Labor

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a hardworking and dependable General Labor Associate in Jackson, GA. In this hands‑on and physically active role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations at a tire recycling plant while working in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

• Assisting with tire sorting, loading, and processing operations
• Removing debris and maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Supporting equipment operators and plant staff as needed
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Performing general labor duties in an outdoor recycling facility

• Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions including hot sun, cold snaps, rain, and other weather elements
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• $16 per hour
