Warehouse Equipment Operator – Electric Pallet Rider & Case Picker | 2nd Shift

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Material Operators with warehouse equipment experience who thrive in a production-driven environment. This position plays a critical role in accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday–Saturday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Overtime and extended shifts up to 12 hours as required)

Pay Rate: $19.51 per hour

• Safely operate an Electric Pallet Rider and other warehouse equipment, including Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Dock Stocker, and Sit-Down Forklift as needed.
• Accurately case pick customer orders while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• During training, associates must achieve a minimum case pick rate of 100 cases per hour. After training, associates are expected to consistently meet or exceed established production standards while maintaining order accuracy.
• Stage completed orders accurately and ensure they are organized and ready for shipment.
• Inspect finished orders for accuracy, product quality, proper pallet configuration, and shipment readiness.
• Pick, pack, receive, load, unload, and ship products accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Load trailers, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work overtime when operational needs require.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment, including Electric Pallet Rider, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, and Stand-Up Forklift.
• Previous case picking experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse handling dry food products.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately stage and verify completed customer orders.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. Reliable attendance is a critical requirement for this position.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and follow all workplace safety guidelines.
