- Manage fixed asset accounting including tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations
- Perform month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Reconcile intercompany accounts across multiple entities
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with accruals and other general ledger
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Basic knowledge of month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- Understanding of debit and credit principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Excel and accounting/ERP systems preferred
