Salary: $70,000-$85,000

- Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and provide recommendations
- Reconcile inventory, work-in-process, and finished goods accounts
- Support month-end close, inventory accounting, and cost reporting
- Prepare profitability and cost analysis reports for leadership
- Partner with operations to improve costing accuracy and identify efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Cost accounting experience preferred
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred
