Operations Administrator
- 20-25 hrs. per week

Columbus Area Arts Council is seeking a part‑time Operations Administrator to provide essential on‑site support for our mission to serve the community through arts and culture. This role supports communications and public engagement, information and data management, program logistics, and fundraising administration.
Responsibilities Communications and Public Interface- Answer and route routine communications, i.e. phone and e‑mail, ensuring timely responses, forwarding, and follow‑up
- Receive, route, and send mail, packages, and artwork
- Receive visitors and maintain office presence
- Manage internal calendar and scheduling
- Support digital filing, recordkeeping, and document organization
- Enter and maintain accurate data across organizational systems
- Assist with program logistics and administrative tasks
- Run errands such as deliveries and materials pickup
- Provide event‑related support as needed
- Support routine fundraising and donor stewardship activities
- Assist with donor data entry, updates, and list management in the CRM
- Support preparation of acknowledgement letters, thank‑you e‑mails, and mailing materials for gifts and sponsor ships
- Support event‑based fundraising logistics, including guest lists, RSVPs, and day‑of support
- Assist with assembling fundraising materials and reports for meetings, mailings, and campaigns
