Role Overview
As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you'll provide top-tier customer service and perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety. No prior automotive experience is required; training will cover oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing/replacement, light/wiper inspections, and an 18-point safety check.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent service by completing maintenance tasks, inspecting vehicles, and supporting customer needs in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & SkillsPositive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, ability to read and understand training materials, and fluency in English. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment is necessary. Flexibility for weekend work is preferred.
