Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Payroll Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Payroll Department supporting a large-scale, automated payroll environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
What’sthe Job?
- Manage and process multi-state payroll for a large employee base, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Global View to accurately calculate and audit payroll data
- Develop and maintain complex Excel reports using formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, and pivot tables
- Identify and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payroll-related inquiries and audits
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll in a large, automated environment supporting over 10,000 employees
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations at federal, state, and local levels
- Proficiency with payroll systems, especially ADP Global View, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent data analysis capabilities and attention to detail
- Opportunity to work remotely with flexible scheduling from 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday
