Title Center of Indiana is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive business development, strengthen referral relationships, and support agency growth across the market. This role plays a key part in expanding both internal and external business while partnering closely with operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Own and execute a business development strategy with real impact on agency growth
• Build long-term relationships with lenders, realtors, attorneys, builders, and industry partners
• Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support teams
• Enjoy a role that balances relationship-building, strategy, and hands‑on execution

• Implement and execute the business development plan established with agency leadership
• Build and maintain a strong referral network through active outreach, training, and follow‑up
• Grow both internal referrals and outside business by identifying new opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain ongoing awareness of market trends, competitors, and key industry players
• Conduct regular outreach and follow‑up on leads from agency leadership and operations
• Participate in professional organizations related to real estate and lending
• Maintain a high level of customer service through consistent follow‑up and internal communication
• Partner with Operations to share market insights, support new clients, and attend closings as needed

• Four‑year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior real estate industry experience required
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on relationship building
• Background in title insurance sales, mortgage lending, banking, or legal support preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and time management abilities
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
