Sales & Service Enablement Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Sales & Service Enablement Analyst with our power technology client in Columbus, IN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Remote - EST or CST time zone

Description:

Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials, coordinating release readiness, and improving adoption across customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training and customer documentation.
• Maintain version-controlled enablement content.

• Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Service.
• Develop release communication plans.

• Create training for sales and service teams.
• Maintain centralized knowledge repositories.

• Translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging.
• Support product adoption initiatives.

• Track training completion and adoption metrics.
• Support post-launch reviews.
