• Assist project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
  , from preconstruction to closeout.
• Contribute to RFIs, submittals, and general project documentation
  .
• Review detailed drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure compliance.
• Help create and monitor project schedules and milestones to track progress.
• Oversee project progress, material usage, and quality control
  .
• Facilitate coordination between Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
  .
• Support the preparation of closeout documentation and turnover processes
  .
• Champion jobsite safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  .
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
