Construction Project Manager
Seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with commercial and industrial experience.

Construction Project Manager Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 80,000.00 to $ / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and overall project performance.
- Lead project teams and provide guidance, support, and oversight to Assistant Project Managers and other project personnel.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Lead pre-construction activities, including constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, subcontractor and vendor scoping, and pricing evaluations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Assist with permitting requirements and project compliance activities.
- Ensure projects comply with safety, EEO, insurance, and labor requirements.
- Partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel to promote and maintain safe working conditions on all projects.
Construction Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous project management and leadership experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Experience using construction management and project management software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing commercial building construction projects.
- Experience with pre-construction planning, value engineering, and design-build projects.
- Experience supervising project teams and mentoring junior staff.
