PositionAccount Support Representative
SummaryThe Account Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers while supporting the sales team. This position handles quotations, order processing, inventory monitoring, and coordination with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues independently.
Essential Duties- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding quotations and product information.
- Partner with Account Representatives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, order changes, and returns.
- Request quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer order issues.
- Utilize company systems and vendor websites to manage daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders when necessary.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and professional image.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field preferred. - 1–3 years of related experience required; previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional customer image.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform light physical duties and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
