Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by contacting members and notifying them of delays or product availability issues.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise per policy, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service through acknowledgment, needs identification, purchase assistance, payment processing, and cart retrieval.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and cart/flatbed organization.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and support improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking, and smiling at members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the member-ready area clean, neat, and organized.

• Competitive hourly wage of $16.00 to $24.00, including performance-based bonuses.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
