Customer Service Representative

Micro Precision, a global leader in accredited calibration and repair services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers in aerospace, electronics, and manufacturing. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate calibration and repair services for test and measurement equipment. You'll track job status, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and communicate with operations and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality service.
