We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be a vital provider of preventive oral healthcare, performing high-quality cleanings, conducting thorough patient assessments, and educating our community on the best practices for long-term dental wellness. Pay
  • $36 - $45 per hour
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday:
    Closed
Requirements
  • License & Certification:
    Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification
  • Licensure:
    Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
  • Education:

    Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Certifications:

    Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date State X-ray certification.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction and education.
  • Professionalism:
    Strong time management skills and a commitment to reliability and teamwork.
  • Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification BLS Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist Advanced Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certification Infection Control License Driver's license
Preferences
  • Experience:

    Previous clinical experience in a dental office setting, specifically in a hygiene chairside role.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in using modern practice management software (e.g., Dentrix or Eaglesoft).
  • Advanced Care:
    Familiarity with the latest dental technology and advanced periodontal therapy techniques.
Job Description
  • Preventive Care:
    Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to prevent and treat periodontal disease.
  • Diagnostics & Imaging:
    Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
  • Patient

    Education:

    Provide personalized health education and counseling on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits to improve patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting using digital practice management systems.
  • Infection Control:
    Adhere to strict sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment for both patients and staff.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with the dentist and clinical team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
