Location:

Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days/week preferred but 4 days/week considered
Requirements:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine (without OB)
Visa Support: H1B (not J1)
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed Compensation: $250,000/year for the first two years plus a $100,000 recruitment incentive tied to a 5-year commitment
Potential Earnings:
Total cash compensation of $260,000 per year during the guarantee period; subsequent years offer production incentives and value-based incentives
Benefits Package:
Comprehensive benefits, including health, life, dental, vision, and legal insurance; retirement options including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)
Paid Time Off:
Accrual model for vacation, sick days, CME time, bereavement, holidays, and other practice closures
About the Position:
Practice Overview:
Family Medicine practice centrally located in Columbus, IN for over 30 years, serving patients of all ages.
Current Medical Staff:
Includes four physicians and five nurse practitioners, with each provider supported by an MA.Office Details:19 patient rooms
EMR: EPICOn-site ancillary services: CRH Lab Patient Population and Volume:
Average of 18-20 patients per day per physician/provider
Types of outpatient visits range from wellness to acute visits
Hospitalists are utilized for patient admissions; providers do not round at CRHOffice Hours & Call

Monday Friday, 7:30 am 4:30 pm (closed noon-1 pm for lunch)
Call
Schedule:
Night/weekend call shared with MyCare, divided among 17 providers; day call 7 am-5 pm divided based on FTE status
