As a Project Manager - Non IT IV, you'll be at the forefront of executing complex engine repower activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of critical milestones. This onsite position offers the opportunity to influence the future of vehicle technology by managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives and hands‑on site support, including domestic and Canadian travel.

• Proven project management experience, including coordination and communication with diverse stakeholders
• Hands‑on knowledge of engine repower activities and how engines integrate within chassis systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple work streams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to operate independently, anticipate challenges, and deliver results under tight timelines

• Experience working with OEM engine systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real‑world, complex environments
• Familiarity with international stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of engine mechanics and technical specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in automotive or equipment repower projects
• Demonstrated success in managing field validation or testing activities

• Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada as needed
• Capable of working flexible hours, including occasional after‑hours engagement with international teams
• Self‑starter with proactive mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
