Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in automation and controls to support and optimize production processes. This role will focus on improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting equipment, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Responsibilities- Design and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, tooling, and control systems
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial networks
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and validation projects
- Analyze production data to improve cycle time, yield, uptime, and overall process capability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and work instructions
- Provide hands‑on technical support for manufacturing equipment and control systems
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment issues
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with sensors, drives, actuators, and industrial communication protocols
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in automotive and/or aerospace and/or health manufacturing
- Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and motion control
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
