Controls Engineer

** Controls Engineer
** to join their team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be part of the  
** Engineering Department
** supporting  
** production, maintenance, and manufacturing teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** leadership ability** , and

** which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $37 - $45/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide controls and electrical engineering support to manufacturing cells and maintenance teams

+ Troubleshoot and optimize PLC programs to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency

+ Develop, modify, and implement control systems and automation programs

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality

+ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline (or 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience)

+ Experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry

+ Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen Bradley preferred)

+ Knowledge of AutoCAD (electrical and mechanical)

+ Strong expertise in automation systems and manufacturing technologies
