Controls Engineer

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a  
** Controls Engineer
** to join their team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be part of the  
** Engineering Department
** supporting  
** Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** effective communication** , and  
** a continuous improvement mindset

** Pay Range:**  $43-$52/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide controls and manufacturing engineering support to assigned production areas

+ Troubleshoot PLC systems and automation equipment to reduce downtime

+ Develop, modify, and maintain control programs to meet plant objectives

+ Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce defects

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process optimization efforts

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

+ Proven experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)

+ Strong PLC troubleshooting and Allen Bradley programming experience

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD (electrical and mechanical)

+

Experience with automation systems and process optimization
