- First half is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Second half is Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. (Flexible on what this looks like)
- This is a fully onsite role.
- The selected candidate will be asked if they were informed about the split shifts.
- Anyone not able to work the split shift will not be considered.
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives.
- Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Client's standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope.
- Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.
- Build strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment on manufacturing goals and priorities.
- Champion health, safety, and ergonomic best practices while designing efficient workstations and processes that protect employees and improve productivity.
- Apply manufacturing knowledge, drawing interpretation, and analysis‑led design to develop optimized processes, equipment selection, and tooling solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving, standardized process documentation, and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance quality and reduce cost.
- Drawing Interpretation – Integrates product design and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings to support the design and development of an optimal manufacturing process that meets product design specifications.
- VPI – Support Launch Activity
- Must have experience with Fanuc Handling Tool or Arc Tool
- Must have understanding of GD&T and be able to interpret engineering drawings
- Schedule will be 6 months on dayshift, M‑F, then 6 months on nights, M‑F
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
