Manufacturing Engineer
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $70.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with Fanuc Handling Tool or Arc Tool.
- Understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to work a split schedule consisting of 6 months on dayshift (Monday through Friday) and 6 months on night shift (Monday through Friday).
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives.
- Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using organizational standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope.
- Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.

Education:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to integrate product design and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings to support optimal process development.
