Job Details Must Haves:
  • 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Accounting - handling month end, reporting, budgeting, and FP&A, cash flow forecasting
  • Local tax knowledge & understanding of tax audits
  • GAAP
  • Advanced Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete all day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and banking activities
  • Support cash flow management and implementation of cash flow estimate tool.
  • Manage month-end close activities
  • Preparation and submittal of all tax declarations and statutory filings
  • Implement and monitor internal controls in all financial reporting processes
  • Perform the company budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Assist in audits, banking relationships, and insurance matters.
  • Review P&L activity and ensure timely and accurate monthly accruals.
  • Handle sales tax filings and work directly with our tax preparers.
