Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, IN, responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and preparing accurate financial reports for leadership. The role involves analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency. The Finance Manager will coordinate with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure compliance with financial policies, support audits, and maintain robust internal controls.

This position also contributes to financial planning for new projects and helps optimize resource allocation across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
