Interim Manager of Oncology Needed in Columbus, IN!

• An Interim Manager of Oncology is needed to lead day-to-day operations while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Reporting to the Director of Oncology Services, this leader will oversee a team of 42 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include managing daily operations of oncology and infusion services, supporting the integration of IV therapy with infusion services, performing a department assessment, and providing recommendations for improving workflows, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting long-term strategic development.
• The ideal candidate will be a tenured oncology leader with a strong background in operational oversight, process improvement, and strategic implementation. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• RN license required.
• Previous oncology leadership experience, including infusion/IV therapy services, is required.

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
