Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader – DBU to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN .

Strengthen stakeholder confidence by providing strategic insights on labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and workforce risks.
Establish and maintain recruitment standards, governance practices, and compliant processes that support enterprise objectives.
Lead change initiatives that increase team agility, accelerate transformation efforts, and improve overall recruiting effectiveness.

Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
