Job Description # Sr. GRC Analyst
* Assess and ensure compliance with requirements.
* Collaborate with application owners to manage cybersecurity processes and application controls.
* Conduct compliance assessments and control analysis.
* Review and implement new processes, including inventory ranking and network encryption.
* Ensure software life cycles and connections meet compliance standards.
* Maintain and improve manual GRC operations and processes.
* Work with control owners to certify compliance annually.
* Provide Tisax experience and guide the team through compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, GDPR, TISAX, CMMC, and PCI frameworks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP).
* Basic technical skills, potentially at the level of an IT manager.
