Oracle HCM Consultant job at Global Channel Management, Inc. Columbus, IN. Oracle HCM Consultant needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM.
Qualifications- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects
- Strong experience in integration and HCM Extracts
- Knowledge of EBS HRMS is a plus
- Proficient in outbound integrations, BI Reports, and HDL
- Capable of requirement gathering and mapping with the Cloud product
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects as a technical/techno-functional resource
- Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of HCM tables
- Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API
- Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text templates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating technical design documentation, SIT/UAT test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing and post-Go-Live activities
