SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant

The SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant is responsible for supporting and improving SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with business users to ensure efficient and stable operations. The position requires on-site presence in Columbus, Indiana, approximately 60% of the time (hybrid role).

• Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests related to SAP MM and WM modules.
• Act as the primary contact for business users regarding daily system issues and process inquiries.
• Monitor system performance proactively and take corrective actions as needed.
• Recommend and implement improvements to MM and WM processes, configurations, and reports.
• Analyze, test, and deploy system changes following change management procedures.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of configurations, support activities, and resolutions.
• Share knowledge with team members and provide user training as necessary.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure efficient ticket resolution and system reliability.
• Support system integration with related SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM configuration, support, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the SAP environment.
• Experience working on cross-functional integrations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to lead support projects, manage change requests, and ensure system stability.
• Willingness to work on-site in Columbus, Indiana, around 60% of the time (hybrid schedule).
