ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure application functionality and efficiency; collaborate with lines of business on development, configuration, testing, upgrades, and implementation of business systems.
• Participate with lines of business to support objectives, gather requirements, document solutions, and provide subject‑matter expertise.
• Maintain expert knowledge and documentation of systems; provide accurate technical and operational guidance.
• Build vendor relationships and understand vendor services and benefits.
• Conduct research to identify process improvements, cost savings, efficiencies, and communicate insights.
• Assist with Audit, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity planning for IT.
• Provide after‑hours and weekend support for applications and systems as needed.
• Present reports and presentations periodically to leadership and stakeholders.

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.
