Information Technology Business Analyst

Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization in their search for an IT Business Analyst – Data & Process
. This role serves as the bridge between business operations and IT, helping transform data into meaningful insights while improving business processes across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, production control, and other functional areas. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop dashboards, optimize workflows, support ERP enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational performance.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision‑making.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, and identification of operational improvement opportunities.
• Develop SQL queries, perform data analysis, and ensure data integrity while supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to support ERP enhancements, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and document business and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data governance, process optimization, cross‑site collaboration, and business intelligence best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft reporting tools; experience with ERP systems required (JD Edwards Enterprise One preferred).
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of business processes across finance, supply chain, production, or operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to translate technical information into business solutions.
