Join our Team as a SR. MANAGER ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE!

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Sr. Manager Enterprise Architecture to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the senior-level Enterprise Architect, leading Enterprise IT Solutions and System Architecture initiatives across the organization. You will define and govern the Enterprise Architecture roadmap, oversee enterprise application strategy, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. As a key driver of digital transformation, you will identify innovative technology opportunities, champion the organization's technology vision, and build stakeholder support for initiatives that deliver business value and enable future growth.

We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Solution Architecture team supporting SAP, Microsoft business applications, Azure, integrations, interfaces, and custom-built solutions.
  • Establish and govern Enterprise Architecture standards, taxonomies, methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across the technology landscape.
  • Translate business strategy into technology strategy by defining enterprise architecture roadmaps, including cloud adoption, on-premises modernization, and migration strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise process, data, application, and technology architecture models to support changing business requirements and operational priorities.
  • Define and oversee enterprise, solution, development, runtime, and operational architectures that support scalability, security, reliability, and business growth.
  • Design and promote service-oriented, cloud-based, and integrated solution architectures that enable business process automation and operational efficiency.
  • Provide architectural leadership across programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, strategic objectives, and future-state architecture.
  • Direct architecture research, technology evaluation, solution modeling, visualization, and communication activities to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish strategies and frameworks for integrating applications, data, and technology platforms across the enterprise.
  • Lead the resolution of complex cross-functional, cross-program, and cross-project architectural challenges.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving technology platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external service providers to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate architecture team members while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Design and lead architecture governance processes to ensure solution compliance, quality, risk management, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Define architecture principles, design patterns, and technology standards that guide solution decisions and support the organization's future-state vision.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, software products, and services, including standard and custom solution configurations.
  • Partner with product owners and business leaders to manage product lifecycle decisions, including maintenance, modernization, replacement, and retirement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise application portfolio roadmap, ensuring a clear path from current-state to future-state architecture.
  • Assess the current technology and application portfolio to identify risks, technical debt, aging technologies, and areas of business misalignment.
  • Evaluate and communicate the organizational, operational, and financial impacts of architecture decisions, technology investments, and transformation initiatives.
