Sourcing Specialist - Procurement

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

• Exposure to global sourcing and procurement processes

• Managing Global Business Purchase Agreement (GBPA) FIT updates, including high-volume part number uploads, part additions, PO and ASL flow verification in Oracle, and tracking completed projects
• Completing General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely approval
• Reviewing and resolving outfiles/IPV issues, addressing price discrepancies, and working with sourcing managers for resolution
• Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with part prints, PO PDFs, BPA corrections, and system/supplier issue resolution
• Raising Value Package Change Requests (VPCR) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR) in collaboration with the sourcing team

• Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Are experienced with Microsoft tools and quick to learn multiple systems and interfaces
• Display a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and responsiveness to multiple simultaneous requests
• Can prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
