Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and programs to maintain high standards of satisfaction with all residential services.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources to meet the diverse needs of residents.
  • Conducts regular assessments of resident satisfaction and community needs and implements improvements as necessary.
  • Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Develops and manages the department budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Performs basic supervisory functions
Job Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, supervisory experience and with three (3) or more years of experience in senior living management or similar role.
  • Obtain and maintain (i) an Indiana Commercial Driver’s License
  • Activity Director Certification
  • Social Service Designee Certification.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, hospitality management, or related field.
