Seasonal Production Operator: Safety‑Driven, Quality Focus

The Production Operator is responsible for performing assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This role involves verifying materials, monitoring product quality, completing required documentation, and properly labeling materials. The Production Operator is expected to promptly communicate any safety concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations to leadership, maintain tools and gauges, and keep a clean and organized work area.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support production operations.

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify materials, label parts, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Report equipment, material, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Maintain tools, work area, and follow 5S and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production.
• Physically able to perform repetitive motions requiring fine dexterity
• Ability to operate machines in accordance with standard work instructions
• Working knowledge of Epicor (preferred or required, depending on role)
• Ability to meet production standards
• Knowledge and application of 5S principles
• Ability to produce quality parts consistently
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate machinery and follow standard work procedures

• Exposure to moderate noise, moving equipment, and production materials
• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally. and perform physical tasks as required
• Temperature may vary depending on production area
• Collaborative team environment with emphasis on safety and quality
