CNC Field Service Technician - Swiss Lathes
Skill Source is a leading placement service specializing in manufacturing operations. We are seeking a full‑time, direct‑hire Field Service Technician to operate Swiss CNC lathes at a manufacturing client’s office near Columbus, IN. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities- Operate Swiss CNC lathes at the client’s manufacturing site.
- Perform service and repair on Fanuc‑controlled lathes.
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of service and repair experience with Swiss CNC lathes.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
- Part Maker programming knowledge is a plus.
- Frequent travel (mostly domestic, some international) required.
